About Us


Cheryl Henchar, is a resourceful marketing professional and educator who is the founder of Cheryl’s Creative Services in Port Orange, Florida.  Cheryl helps small to medium size businesses to improve their branding by utilizing a Direct Mail program called Every Door Direct Mail and Email Marketing tools.

Cheryl has duo partnerships with Constant Contact and Robly.  Both organizations offer email marketing and integrated online marketing tools. Robly currently offers an integrated Customer Relationship Manager System (CRM) system built directly into their monthly email marketing packages.

Cheryl is a former Authorized Local Expert Speaker with Constant Contact.  She conducted educational seminars about the values of email marketing and integrated online marketing tools with Constant Contact.  Cheryl hosted Constant Contact educational seminars to local Chambers of Commerce, Rotary Clubs, Libraries, Business Networking Groups, Women’s Council of Realtors and Real Estate Groups.

Cheryl’s success strives on strong customer service, being energetic, and highly dependable with marketing assistance.  She is extremely passionate about her work and thinks outside of the box for you and your team members. Cheryl enjoys working with people from all different industries and cultures.

Cheryl was recognized as member of the year in 2017 with the Stamford Chamber in Stamford, Connecticut. She was very active with the Ambassadors Committee.  Cheryl spearheaded the committee for 4 years before relocating to Port Orange, Florida.







With more than 15 years of experience within the consumer’s product industry, Cheryl Henchar has worked for Pepperidge Farm™ and Bristol Myers™. She graduated from Sacred Heart University™ in 2010 with her degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. In addition, she earned a Graduate Marketing Certificate from Sacred Heart University in 2012. Cheryl is an Authorized Local Expert Speaker with Constant Contact™  since 2015  and Certified Solutions Provider with Constant Contact™ since 2013. SNS Cleaners 

Cheryl is a Marketing Consultant for S-N-S Dry Cleaners.  She  creates monthly E-mail newsletters  using Constant Contact with a  consistent open rate of 38% . Cheryl also designs  monthly coupons with the newsletter to help generate new business and maintain current customers. Cheryl and I meet on a quarterly basis to discuss various Marketing strategies.  Cheryl has helped me with a direct mail campaign using the Easy Door Direct Mail program.  We designed a direct mail postcard using a coupon which was  mailed directly to local residents.

After closing one of my store locations in January 2015, I had a lot of inventory that I wasn’t sure what to do with. I decided to send an email through Constant Contact to promote the items at a discounted rate if a customer made the purchase online. The email resulted in over $1200 in online sales that week and helped significantly reduced my inventory. Creating the offer for online sales only also helped drive traffic to my website and build my business’s reputation for a trustworthy online shopping experience for my customers!

I have been working for the past few years with Cheryl Henchar as our Constant Contact representative for the Stamford Chamber of Commerce.  She has taught me so much by making our experience with Constant Contact as user friendly as it possibly could be.   We have had Cheryl giving quarterly professional seminars and all of the attendee’s remark on how professional, interesting, informative and understandable she makes the seminars giving great attention to detail.  Cheryl is very responsive to any questions that we might have pertaining to the program.  Not only is Cheryl our representative for Constant Contact but she is the Chair of the Stamford Chamber’s Ambassador Committee.   Cheryl is very involved in all aspects of the Chamber and is a very hands on member taking her responsibilities as Chairmanship duties very seriously.   She treats her Chamber membership with the same professional consideration as she does her Constant Contact responsibilities.  Cheryl participates in most of the Chamber events and promotes her position with Constant Contact in a way that earns her many call backs.   I would just like to say that when it comes to Cheryl Henchar Constant Contact could not ask for a better representative.
